Deschutes River Reservation Islands Question

I know the letter of the law regarding camping or fishing on "Reservation Islands" My question is is there a resource either map or document detailing which islands are "Reservation?" "West of the main channel" is the way the law written but does that mean that any island which the main channel passes river left is legal to fish or camp on?

To be safe you might just want to stay clear of the islands altogether, unless in the designated area from dry creek to trout creek. I have been told both by a warm springs police officer, and natural resources that I need to just fish from the east side of the river, unless im in said area. Good luck, Drifter.
