I know something. The owner is probably going to get a nice little ticket for improper moorage and probably a little bill for a deductible from their insurance company.

This is why I use chain on the last 10 feet of my anchor rope and use caribeeners on my dock lines so I know nothing is coming off.

What I want to know is.
Why is Tillimooks cam pointing in the sky. DAAA!
Isn't someone looking at these, or do they just do this to tick me off?
