Default Staats Lake in Keizer

Anyone have some fishing info on this? My cousin and I plan to hit it on weds (getting an early start this year ). I have really never even seen it so I'm just wondering if one side is preferable to the other, etc... Just basic info.

Thanks guys

- J

Only advice is, Watch out!!! You had better have a buddy who lives in the development, and have your fishing pass on you, or the cops will pay you a visit. Other than that, great fishing and there are some huge fish in there. Let us know how you do.....Always did good with lipless cranks early in the year, although never fished it this early....

Ya, it is a nice looking lake but you have to have a pass. I like going there to walk around the lake with my wife and eveyone is real friendly. However go there with a pole in your hand and you will feel like you are a being watched even if you have the pass around your neck.

I'll be out there today, with passes. I'll see how it goes.
