It is a significant crime to transport and release wild animals in Oregon.
The only legal thing he can do is to report her to ODFW. Or just keep quiet about it, and leave her to her own fate.

I don't think you got the Joke in the comment Anyone that knows me would know buy setting it free I meant I would suggest setting it free with a bullet but hey she would not know she would just think you were helping her out and setting it free rp
