I am sure they do. If not Royal Treatment in West Linn is only a mile or so from there.

Yes he has them but keeps them in an isolated area of the store and won't readily admit he even carries them.

I don't blame him. One nympher finds out, and there goes the neighborhood.

One day it's all Chianti and Brie, and the next it's all corn dogs and Busch.

Glad to hear there's another source! I was having a hard time finding them.

No way. This is not true is it? He sells the product but keeps it hidden like he is selling some black market crap. So stupid.

I have some friends that laugh when they see thingamabobbers but yet they use yarn indicators. What the heck is the difference? Who cares? I think if one wants to take a stand against the thingamabobbers they better be a person who does not use any type of strike indicator. Then they at least have a place to stand. Every time I hear someone who is anti strike indicators it makes me want to fish them even more, however I hate nymphing so that does not happen much. If you toss a strike indicator good for you, have fun.

Exactly! Who cares? It's laughable seeing people get all defensive about using them. I wouldn't exactly call it fly fishing but more like bobber and jig fishing with a fly rod.It is legal and ethical and that is what counts.
Now pegging a trout bead is a different story but that is for another thread.

I think thingamabobbers rock. I put on a nymph let it drift through NO snags, but when it is not on I snag and loose lots of flies. I lost three flies in the period of 15 minutes on under water logs and branches!!!!

If you can't find them, get whatchlmacallits. They are just as effective and costs less.
